Saying No.

It is OK to say no.

This Holiday Season say no to extra food (when you are full), to taking on more events (when you are already busy), to more presents (your presence is more important). Slow it down this Holiday Season.

Our motto this season is to

Keep It Simple.

(That is our motto every season, but especially this season.)

When you say no to opportunities that you really don’t want to do, it opens up your time to say YES to things that you really want to do.

Think of it this way, if it is not an IMMEDIATE, “YES!”, say no.

Try it out. See what happens when you start to give yourself the time you need and what shows up for you when you say no.

Now this is for the people who have already overcommitted this Holiday Season.

ask for help

Ask for Help! From your family, friends, co-workers. You don’t need to do it all alone. There are plenty of people that will jump up to help you, if you only ask for it.
