Schedule Your Workouts

Scheduling your workout during the day will help you stay on task and get it done even during this busy Holiday season. What is even better is scheduling your workout with a group of people.

Here are some places that offer group workout classes

Innovation at the Ridge: Tuesday at 6am at Potter Ridge’s workout room, free will donation w/ Dr. Ryan

Dr. Kaitlin’s Yoga Schedule is listed under the Yoga & Pilates tab. She teaches Thursdays (tonight) at ICC office at 5:15pm.

The YMCA: Check out their updated class schedule. They have classes anywhere from spin class at 5:30am to Water aerobics and Kettlebells (some of our favorites).

Anytime Fitness: They have bootcamp, yoga, and other group classes.

Snap Fitness: They have a yoga class offered Monday’s (I believe, that may have changed. Call Snap Fitness to find out.)

There is so many opportunities to work out in a group setting in Red Wing. So if you are feeling like you don’t want to workout, bored with your current workout, or “can’t find the time”. I strongly encourage you to check out one of these places or ask us for recommendations on personal trainers. Working out together helps you get a complete workout in for a shorter period of time AND you get to build community and a sense of belonging. ¬†What could be better than that?
