Vitamin D3

Vitamin D is a very important hormone! Everyone calls it a vitamin, but it circulates your blood as a hormone AND the number one way to get it into your body is by SUNLIGHT.

 

There are two different kinds of Vitamin D, but the one you want to focus on getting more of is Vitamin D3. The sweet thing is that your body will produce that if you go out and get at least 20 minutes of sunshine everyday. 20 minutes is not that long and if you look back on some of our previous days, getting outside for your 30minute walk will also double as your outside time in the sunshine for your Vitamin D3.
