Here at Innovative Chiropractic we have the luxury of offering two different techniques under one roof. Your chiropractors, Dr. Kaitlin Lystad and Dr. Ryan Lystad, are skilled in multiple techniques to optimize your health, performance, and well-being. Here’s what you can expect when you come to see us:

Your First Visit

When you arrive and have completed the appropriate new patient forms, your doctor will take a detailed history concerning your chief complaint, past history, and health or sports goals you have set. This will allow the doctor to determine the most suitable course of action for your care.

Reminder We are out of network with all insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Please come 10 minutes early to your appointment, for you to complete the paperwork needed to start your appointment.

Your new patient consultation will typically take 45 minutes and will not include x-rays. Routine x-rays are not necessary for a new patient evaluation and only are ordered when warranted. If you have had x-rays taken of your spine or injured area recently feel free to bring them along to your appointment.

Your doctor will perform a series of orthopedic, neurological, and functional tests to determine the exact areas and tissues affected by your condition. A basic physical examination will also be performed.

Your doctor will review all their findings and design the best plan for your specific health goals and current condition. Many of our patients will receive some form of treatment, adjustment, or entrainment on their first visit. Your doctor will go over your care plan and payment options at your second visit.
